Right before dawn the atmosphere shifts.
My senses heightened with anticipation.
I’ve waited patiently for this day to arrive.
The start of a new day.
The sun beams with such radiance,
I’m compelled to open the curtains that serve as barriers.
Oh the sweet smell of exhilarating fragrance.
As the sun streams in I notice every corner exposed.
Every dark corner must show it’s self,
for a new day has come.
No longer able to hide under the covers.
The barriers have risen up to let the sun through.
It’s time for the start of a new day.
As I stand and witness transformation in the air,
I’m filled with great joy, peace and aspiration.
With this new shift I’m convinced change is always good.
It signifies a new leaf on life, a new level of maturity.
Somehow it confirms what was felt from within.
Prior to this point, it was hard at times.
But I kept on moving forward
because I knew it would all work out for my good.
I am much wiser now, muscles toned.
Confidence is now my middle name.
I stand on a firm foundation, not of my doing.
A new day has come and I welcome it with all my being.

A thought to share and a question to ask 🤔
Today is such a beautiful day inspite of the overcast I’m seeing…
What are you seeing/envisioning at this very moment?
Life is what you make it….
The way you view your life is exactly as it is. There is power in your thoughts and your words. We’re constantly reminded of our inner thoughts whether conscious or not by our outward view of the world around us. If you are happy with what you see then I applaud you. If you’re not then I would like to say change your thoughts; change your life. It’s as simple as that. You may not be able to see immediate change in some areas of your life but the wonderful thoughts you begin to think and speak will eventually become evident. I personally love saying this phrase………. Life is Rosy ❤ I also wrote a poem called Life is Rosy. It may not be exactly as I envision it but I speak it and believe it until I see the manifestation of such declaration. I’m sharing this thought today because I felt someone might need this. Say……… Life is Rosy! Feel like it’s Rosy! Believe that it will eventually become Rosy! If it is Rosy then once again I applaud you. Keep it this way by declaring such thoughts daily, especially when your mind is saying otherwise. Live in the moment and declare the great things you’d like to experience. Remember, life is what you make it. The words you think and declare will surely transform your life.

I am amazed at how we could all
Look up at the open skies and see
Something different from each other.
In response to, ‘What do you see? ‘
No answer given would be wrong.
Perception is a way of understanding,
Or interpreting something.
It is a mental impression.
With this said, we ought
To see and accept each other
In spite of our differences.
You Say Potato, I Say Patato
You Say Tomato, I say Tamato
Neither way is wrong.
I’m amazed and I welcome
The experience of another’s mind.
I’m amazed how we view
The color purple
And yet refer to it differently.
God is truly a God of diversity.
I am in awe of His magnificence.
Amazed…
God created the sun, moon, and stars.
He created the universe and all that’s in it.
When He created man, he thought of woman.
Humanity He created in splendid wonder.
He also created the rainbow with its vibrant colors.
When He spoke Words, they became tangible.
When He thought of sounds, He created music.
We would never be able to phantom the Magnificence
of Our Creator.
He is truly a God of Diversity.
How are we able to go on and not see
the true intent of the Almighty.
He is a God of Oneness.
When I think about God’s Divinity and Diversity
I can’t help but look up and recognize…
